Q: What is considered as a Bulk Order?

Q: Can my Bulk Order be of mixed Sizes & Colors?
A: Yes - we will quote you on the colors available at the time of the Quotation or Order request. t-ShirtSize Chart
Q: If I order 10 or less can I choose different Colors?
A: No, only bulk orders are screen-printed in different colors, Non-Bulk orders are only printed Black on White, or White on Black shirts
Q: In what sizes are the T-Shirts available?
A: M, L, XL, 2XL & 3XL - Use our Size Chart to help you decide on your size, remember there are no refunds so choose carefully,
2XL & 3XL are $3.00 each extra. Drunken Attire does not refund or exchange any merchandise after the Sale has been finalized.

A: We only ship within Canada & USA - To find out more about how to place and pay for an order please click here
Q: What about my Privacy?
A: We at Drunken Attire, DO NOT store our customer's private information in any of our databases. Once your order is processed, your personal financial information is deleted from our system completely. If you would like to place another order with us in the future, you will be required to provide us with your information again since we do not save or store your previous order information
Q: How do I shop on the Drunken Attire Website?
A: When you find a product you wish to purchase you can Call, Email or Fax your order with each Product Number
Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping Costs are COD, based on the Product Weight, Destination, and the number of Products ordered and the Shipping Method used
Q: Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
A: Yes, you will be emailed with all the details of your Shipment
Q: Can I pay by Cheque?
A: Yes, however Drunken Attire will wait until the Cheque clears before Shipping your Order
Q: How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
A: In Canada and the USA, order processing and shipping times for Regular deliveries are approximately 7-10 days. Priority shipments are 4-7 days. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-business days, however if you place a bulk order of substantial size Shipping could vary because of the time for processing large quantities. For international orders, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date because of customs and customs policies.

Drunken Attire requires payment in full before shipping any order, arrangements for payment will be made when you place your order via Email, Phone or Fax
We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any items ordered. All orders are considered custom made, and therefore final once screen-printed
Shipping is COD as this amount can only be determined when your order is completed, as this amount is based on the Product weight, Destination, and the number of Products ordered and the Shipping Method used
We Ship to Canada and the USA only
Payment can be made by the following means: Bank Draft, Postal/Money Order, Certified Cheque, or Cash
All Prices shown are in Candian Dollars, however Canadian Orders are payable in Canadian Dollars and US Orders payable in US Dollars
